I've had nothing but problems in the past...and so have others...quality looks good on the bay...but you end up getting something sub-standard...in my case anyway. Customer service is pretty much the same story. I'd stay away!

Re: Monsterguitarshop.com

I bought one of his Bones guitar bodies he was doing. The original picture he showed me is nothing like what mine turned out to be. It took a year to get it after numerous e-mails and follow ups. All in all I don't think the guy is worth a shit and have no desire to ever buy or use any anything that comes from him. When I finally got it I was travelling and didn't actually see it for three weeks or so. I should have pitched a fit with him but I was happy just to not have to deal with him.

He's in the same league as Kevin Easton as far as I am concerned.

I read thru his website and that "don't call me or email me asking when or if your stuff has shipped. You'll get it when you'll get it" attitude raised a major flag.

I know someone else that had troubles with his work. This guy is getting a rep almost as bad as Ed Roman! At this point I can't understand why anyone that has caught wind of this guys errors, why anyone would buy anything from him.

I *think* that this is the same jackass that ran "Trillian Guitars". (He ripped me off for refin $$ and kept the Explorer body I sent)
Appears that his reputation will catch up soon enough.

Trillian Guitars !! I couldn't put a name to it !! I'm pretty sure this is him .

He used to do holograph paint jobs and was a friend of the guy who claimed to be Mustaine's tech !! Or where they the same person ?

Stay well clear !!

That's him. He is still on the rolls here, but hasn't posted in a couple years. This thread from the Kramer forum is an interesting read.
