Yes, it is a Richie Kotzen Tele. Brand new from Ishibashi in Japan.

Specs:

Ash body with maple laminate top
Color is Sea Foam See Through
Huge Maple neck
Dunlop 6000 frets
12" radius
Dimarzio Pups

Came well packed and extremely fast from Ishibashi. Highly recommended if you want to get a Fender Japan guitar.

This is my second MIJ Fender with the other being Econ's HRR Strat. I am very impressed with the quality. I LOVE that HRR.

I love these Teles.
I've owned 4 of these in Trans Green and Trans White over the last 8-9 years and one of the best Fender Signature models.
