Schecter STRATegy

Anybody have (had) one. In particular the Set Neck style??? I would like more info on this model please.

I am pretty sure that all the Schecter Strategy guitars are imports. They are probably nice because almost everything from Schecter is. Their Diamond Import series is very nice.

Strategy were imports from the mid to late 80s. I've seen them neckthru, set neck, and bolt on...........

So, do you have an opinion on them? Do you know what they are made of etc. I have read alder w/maple neck. I have one on the way. just the body and set-neck. No hardware or electronics.

As far as I know they were built in Japan.......
