This one would probably be one of my last GMPs to leave should I let some go in the future. Never say never but it's definitely a longshot.

You'd think Gibson could have found some transluscent green paint if they were going to bother with a flamed top. No doubt that the GMP kicks ass--I played one in a store and it was sweet, even though I'm not into single-cutaway bodies or 22-fretters anymore.

Tim's right, the avacado apliances are the lighter green color with the burst to them. The townhouse we used to rent had them.

That is not a great pic of the Gibson, I owned one of the first two LP's built in that finish (Gecko) .The green was trans and the blend between the green and yellow was not that pronounced.Either that is a poor finish or pic, that being said the GMP has an amazing finish...like most of them do
