Check this out !!! It's awesome ! Wide neck, POWERFUL bridge pup and really throaty Robin Trower-y neck pup and somehow out of phase in the middle switch position. This is like a speed machine !! It just makes you wanna play faster !!!

Nice did you just score that? Its hard to judge in your pics but is it Red or does it have a Pearlescent finish?

These truly are fun shred machines and mine makes my SL1 jealous because it steals some of its playing time.
Heres a couple pics of mine. This one was actually repainted, got a new volume knob and what I believe is a Dimarzio super Distortion in the bridge position. She's a screamer. I'd love to find another with the florescent orange or chartruese finish and a 2 hum config. [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]

They dont seem to pop up very often. I got mine offa Ebay about a year ago by just hitting the buy it now. I figured it might be my only chance and guessed that it wasnt as sought after cuz it wasnt all original partswise and repainted. To my surprise when it arrived the neck and frets looked almost brand new. There was like zero fretwear.

You can see them in the Ibanez catalog from 1991 but mine is a 1993 model, pretty sure.

Made in Japan and assembled and finished in PA, USA. So 1/2 Jap, 1/2 USA !!
