Re: Getting my Agile tomorrow
I think you are going to dig it. I really like mine, alot.
Mine is in pieces right now. Waiting for another neck P/U and also replacing all the pots with an RS vintage pot set. Should be perfect when I am done.
Best bang for the buck guitar out there, hands down.
MikeSleep. The sound doesn't collapse to riffs of early eyes either.

Re: Getting my Agile tomorrow
I found a Gibson /Kahler flat mount bridge for it already here waiting for the Guitar, Not sure yet if I'm gonna swap the pups yet everything I have is Emged out so I might go with Gibson pups or some Duncans not sure yet. I would love to get my hands on some of the 25th Aniv. Emg's with the chrome covers that would be sweet.According To The Prophecy

Re: Getting my Agile tomorrow
I'm in the market to pick up a "first guitar" for my oldest son. I was looking at an older beat up Jackson/Charvel that would be a player, but need some TLC that was fairly inexpensive. Now these have got me thinking in a new direction. My son is a lefty, so you lefties know what I'm going through to find a guitar for him. If it's a first guitar why not just have him learn right-handed?
[/ QUOTE ]
I thought about that too, plus it would be easier for me to teach him. He has played mine right handed and then we strung up my youngest sons Fender Strat lefty, and I could see/hear a big difference between the two. He did too......
Opinions....... should I just "convert" or "expose" him to a right handed playing style?????? Let me know!!

Re: Getting my Agile tomorrow
I'm not much for the natural-ish finishes but it's tempting to buy a black and put chrome hw a la Sykes, a white and put gold hw a la Randy, and then the blue one just because it looks sweet.
Let us know what you think of it, I'm likely to buy the blue one next week unless bad things happen

I would try to convert him, but I'm a righty so I can't really relate. I have a friend who is lefty and plays righty with no problems. As long as you convert when you 1st start out it shouldn't be much of an issue. I think he'll be happier in the long run if he just learns righty. Think of all the cool guitars that you can't get in a lefty. Or, when you go to a music store and 95% of the guitars on the wall are righty.
