Just watched Heartbreak Ridge (Clint Eastwood, Mario Van Peebles), and there's a scene of Peebles playing a leopard-skin guitar (right after the mudpit fight). It looks to be a neckthrough, since the back of the neck is painted as well, and the headstock is definitely Ibanez JEM/RG shaped, though I couldn't make out a logo.
The body style was a cross between a Kelly (lower front horn), a Mockingbird (top "horn"), and maybe a Rhoads (long curved top wing like a Roswell).
Looked like Rosewood with dots, v-trem or stopbar/TOM (too dark to see, but it wasn't a locking nut).
Orangish/yellowish "skin" with blackish leopard spots all over (front of head as well)
Anyone ever ID this guitar?
