If you want to see that Jerry G. "Tiger" guitar truly sing, check out the DVD Truckin up to Buffalo July 4th 1989. This is such a sweet DVD.It was only released in August of last year. Jerry rips it up! I wish his axe was on display for the public.

He does put them on display to the public at various functions, and events.
But I don't think they should hang in a Hard Rock Cafe...those fucking butchers would destoy them in just a few months.

I feel sorry for all those guitars on the walls of the Hard Rock. That's probably why I never go there, unless a good band is playing.

Wow!!! I've always wondered about some of the collections owned by guys with serious $. There is no limit to what they can buy.

no kidding about the hard rock. i was at the Chicago Hard Rock, and at this table sat one of Keef's Les Pauls.

the thing is, it was loose on its screwed-in body stand. like, if you had a screw drive, you could unbolt it, and run with it.

crazy.

I wish someone would save some of these guitars.....

When Katrina hit, they showed the just about to open Hard Rock in Biloxi. I saw guitars on the floor. Man, the temptation was strong to go and save some guitars.....

Fucking Hard Rock.

Sleep. The sound doesn't collapse to riffs of early eyes either.

Didn't mean to hijack the thread with the Hard Rock comment boys, let's return the stewardess to her normal upright position!...LOL!

There was actually a thread a few months ago on how the Hard Rock butchers, and allows patrons to butcher famous guitars and how it should be made a friggin' crime. Do a serach on the thread with the search function under Hard Rock Cafe.

Not to mention, at least out here in SoCal, HardRock is generally a very terrible venue. Unfortunately some of my favorite bands have consistently been playing there lately.
