That thing is pretty custom for a Seagull. I bet it would be a pain to play it on your lap thanks to the hook-point.

Love the BCR handmade basses, too. Especially '74-'85...but I do own a 2001 Mock that is killer (after I had it refretted..lol)

Ive own a 78 Eagle and still own 79 Mockingbird. The Eagle had a small neck the Mockingbird has a huge neck . You've got to remember they were all hand carved back then no 2 were alike.

Not hand carved per-se...but hand finished (sanded, shaped etc...) shapes, bevels and routes were still cut on machines with templates back then.

I had a '78 Mock KOA Supreme (short horn), and a 1980 Bich 6. My Mock had a huge neck also...but the Bich had a skinny little almost flat neck.

I'll find pics and post them...I have pics of every guitar I've ever owned. Including my Warlock Doubleneck (still assumed to be the only neckthru Warlock double to exist).
