    Cheap slimline acoustic

    Thinking of treating myself to something in the summer. What do you guys recommend in the line of a very cheap (sub $300) thinline acoustic? As in super thin, same thickness as an electric. Like those Line 6 variax acoustics.

    Just after something nice to fanny around with possibly play some open mic nights with a mate of mine.

      Ibanez makes a nice one too.
      The Epi Chet Atkins used is a great buy and a really nice thinline guitar.
      You could also look into getting an older used Variax 300.

          RE the Variax and the Sinsonido (wire outline?) - I was after something that could still be played unplugged for messing around with in my room. Id forgotten about the Chet Atkins tho theyre a nice looking guitar
