Help needed on Steinberger TransTrem

I own a Steinberger GM-4 for 20 years. The TransTrem is "out of Tune" and therefor needs to be adjusted. I have tried a couple of luthiers in Gemany - including the shop where I bought the guitar - but nobody is capable of dealing with the TransTrem.

So I am considering sending the guitar to any expert that can fix the thing -even if it needs transcontinental shipping.

I would appreciate any help on this.
