    Wow, good looking guitar.
Thanks for all the feedback , I'll probably order my dbl neck over the weekend and when I comes in, if anybody cares I'll give you the run down.

I love doublenecks also, and I checked the Agile one, but was disappointed to see it has an offset body like the new ESP/LTD "SGs" -
that ruins this one for me. I just don't like that look, esp on this doubleneck.

can anyone confirm that the Epiphone doublenecks have a plywood body? this is what I've heard.
the guitar players look damaged - they've been outcasts all their lives

I haven't heard that about the Epi doublenecks, but the LP Special II and the SG Special by Epi are both plywood-bodied guitars. That would suck, isn't the Epi doubleneck about $900? That's a lot of $ for plywood!

Now I did hear that the Galveston Doublenecks were ply, maybe that morphed into saying the Epis did. Who knows?

Not to get off topic or anything, but exactly what is wrong with plywood? (other than esthetics)

                Not considered a tone wood.

Well, I could understand that with an acoustic guitar, but...........Oh well...never mind.

Here are a couple shots of mine. It is pretty, but the process that brings out the grain, which is some kind of double staining process apparently, destroys a good deal of the depth.

Sleep. The sound doesn't collapse to riffs of early eyes either.

I have a AL-2000 and it's great! I don't like a LP guitar to play all the time and this was just the thing to have around for when I do want/need one. I got mine for $99 brand new from Rondo Music when they ran a promotional deal for a couple days' just before Christmas. I changed the pickups to duncans but that's it. Course it was fine stock as well. I'm thinking about getting one of their strats!

My friend and I took a little trip to Rondo a few months back and tried out about 30 Agiles between the two of us. We put them ALL down really quick, most of them never passed the unplugged test either. Try before you buy, otherwise I think you'll be sorely disappointed. The only Agile that did it for me was the Intercepter (their long scale 7-String), the rest were most underwelming whether they were the $300 or the $500 ones... I'd rather own a Schecter, LTD, or Ibanez for the same money.
