Is Tokai still making guitars? I had heard that they were making the guitars with the "Dillion" name...(which are actually pretty decent for the price)....maybe they made this too?

Tokai is definitely still making guitars.

They manufacture in both Japan and Korea.

Not sure about this particular guitar. The lack of a logo seems a bit odd.

guess you've never owned a guitar with a trem cavity cover before huh? every fender strat and yes even charvels have off center trem cavity covers (they sit closer to the bottom of the guitar and do not align with the neck plate dead on). it's 100% normal. due to the size of a cavity cover though it may make it look a bit more off on one brand to another or even one model to another within a brand.

as for the overall guitar...it has EVH stripes on it...you can't pay me to play it.
