I can't stand the flat neck shape of the Ibanez's but they make some nice guitars. Just not for me anymore

Yeah, me too. They make awesome guitars, but I feel as if my hands are to big for the wizard necks. I really like the Vai signature, but it just didn't feel as comfortable to my hands as a Jackson Soloist.

I like Ibanezes quite a bit. The j-custom line is probably among the best quitars you can get at ANY price point. Then I like Jacksons as well But if I had to take only one guitar with me, it would be one of the Ibanez J-Customs.

My main guitar is a '78 Ibanez FA-100. I had 3 ES-175's before I got this one. Handmade by M. Sugihara.

My Favorite Ibanez has always been the Shocking Pink Jem777...

These babies go for serious cash if the color isn't faded too bad..I would love to have one, but haven't ran across a good deal on one as of yet...

I associate Ibanez with their early popular shapes. RG and S featuring slim necks. New ones are not really Iba's for me.

I used to be anti-Ibanez, too, 'til I got my JEM. Now I have more Ibanezes than anything else.

I disagree, I have picked up many of the schecters at guitar center, none of them really ever did anything for me.

On a whim i won a ibanez SZ320 goldtop, lets just say this guitar has blown away many high priced gibson I have had.

If you're looking for Ibanez that really kicks asses try to find an SC1620, its quality rivals to my jcustom rg.

i loved all my ibanez's in the early 90's. i still miss my old RG550M. i still have my S540, though. funnily enough, i have NEVER played it live, but i have written almost 100 songs on it!!! it is still one of my "go to" guitars for recording and songwriting!!

                              GEAR:

some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!

some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

                              and finally....

i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!

I'm not anti Ibanez, I do own two of them. I don't play either one much mainly because the necks are too thin for my liking. Quality wise I think they're average, nothing special. Here they are:
