72 Tele .. Price Range?

Vintage experts:

What would be the price range for a Fender 72 Tele, rosewood neck, olympic or cream white, original frets, used but not abused, replaced neckpick-up by Humbucker, without case?

Can you see the guitar in person? You are going into the zone where Fenders can be worth big bucks or not. Being a 1972, it could be modified with replacement parts. The humbucker doesn't sound stock. But I could be wrong. Was it made in the US? Did the seller give you a price? Can you take it apart to see the numbers? Being in Europe, I would suggest that you be very, very careful. Fender Guitar prices are all over the place and you could easily overpay. There is no range without more details.
