    Nah, it's Hamer's normal 3 piece neck. It feels absolutely amazing. I didn't think I would like the body style. But the more I play it, the more I dig it.

    They did a run of the mahogany Standards in 97 alongside the limited Korina runs of the Standard, Vector, and Jr. With the mahogany ones, they made 1 and 2 piece bodies. This one, obviously is a 2 piece.

        Cool. Glad you have the info on it. I always liked explorers but did not get one until around 2000. I felt the same way. I did not think I was going to like it but once I played one for an hour or so I was hooked. It is my favorite shape to play... Well that and the Firebird of course! The tone of Mahogany is my 2nd favorite. The korina (white limba) is my first choice. Congrats again. I think you did very well friend.
