Zakk with yet another guitar

I can´t see Mr. Wylde anymore. It´s just too much. Magazines and industry have decided that he´s the only worthy guitar player. So he´s on every second front page and advertising for more or less every product. It´s nothing personal. He´s for sure a great player and seems to be a nice person as far I can tell that from reading his interviews. But it´s too much now. There are more cool players out there. I can´t see Mr. Wylde anymore.

I give them both respect..Zakk is a really good player IMO..with the same influences I share..and Kerry truly was a thrash pioneer..you can't deny that, ..he's a bit unpolished..but that's part of the charm..

it's part of their schtick..you know who they are as soon as you see and hear them..

they got their own thing going on..there is only one Zakk...and maybe that is a good thing..he seems down to earth..a moron basically..but a funny one that can play...and at least they're still making noise..

BTW..Where's Eddie?

Zakk is in my long list of great players..he made the cut in my book..Kerry is a cool song writer that had a vision..Slayer is a benchmark in metal.

I would think those chains would hurt after a while..yeesh.

Zakk is a great guitar player. He's just a huge poser. I haven't been into much of what he's done in a long while. Most of the BLS releases have been pretty weak overall - you could make one decent album out of all the tracks of all releases.

Guitar looks really cool. I'm a huge Zakk fan and love his playing. Everyone complains about the over use of the pinch harmonics, but I like it and it's his trademark. I have most of the BLS albums and they are all really good. Every song on 1919 Eternal & Sonic Brew kicks ass and are all stand alone great songs, no filler at all. Most of Blessed Hellride is good too. As usual, I guess I'm in the minority

Nice guitar, probaly to much damn money for me, after all i would have to rip out the pickups on top of the 3 G's you probly end up paying. Now if it is typical Zack guitar with a maple neck, that makes it more appealing to me!

I view the ten pound chain as a load balancer, think of it this way, he usualy has a 10 to 12 pound les paul hanging off the other side of him so in the end it balances him out. LOL

As to his music, loved the first two albums with ozzy, after that blah. I dont think he was ozzy's most talent guitar player, but who am I to completly judge, at least he is out there getting paid to do what he loves.

Dont care for Zack's singing and everytime i see them in concert (ozzfest) just sounds like a bunch of mush put together, now this could be cause he doesnt get the best sound since he usualy goes on early. But you would think after kissing ozzy's ass for so long he would get a better sound check and sound.

As to his attitude, I have heard him say a few things that just makes me think mental moron, goes on trashing other people, but when he gets trashed or someone he likes get trashed he gets all offended.

Anyway, looked around for info on that guitar but nothing seems to be happening yet.

In all likelyhood,it was probably because Gibson wasn't too happy watching him play those 2 GMW Rhoads polka dot copies.I am certain they would have less to say about the Deans,at least he KNEW Dime,and Gibby doesn't have a competing body style.

Besides,have you actually heard him use a Floyd?Gibson should have turned down the trem request.

Cool guitar, IMO.

I saw a band last night that had a guitar player who looked a LOT like ZW (minus about 50 pounds), he even had a les paul with EMGs.

His favorite guitar player, though?
