After thinking twice about it I totally agree with you. It won't look good at that particular guitar. Maybe if I had a hot-rodded homemadestyle guitar maybe the knobs would fit in there.. Anyways they would be much more visible on a black guitar than on a sparkling green one hehe

If you do change the knobs, keep the originals. The value on these guitars will increase in the future.

Yeah.. The knobs work fine, nothing wrong with them.. But they look more like something you'd find on a foot-pedal I think Certainly nothing wrong with their functionality though!

It's not. Those NJs (along with the U Series) are some of the best BC Rich imports ever produced.

Install a trem if you must-respray it if you must, but don't cry when the guitar loses value hand over fist

The Price of the Vintage USA thru necks are going through the roof, and to follow, unmolested Vintage NJ's are following them

Hehe don't worry, I've come to my senses now. I'm keeping it as it is, I'll settle with just changing the EMG for a DiMarzio x2m
It really sounds monster heavy, I love that. Probably not a typical "solo-guitar" (I have my Charvel for that kinda stuff), but it's dropping thundering riffs all the time. Gotta love that
