  • Bought a Hellraiser 7 today

I finally found a store in Boston that had one in in stock
SOLD! I'm liking it a lot. My 4 year old (already a head banger) wanted to be in the pic
Here she is demonstrating th intro to "Mean Streets"

not yet I just got it about 2 hours ago.
Quickly, the neck is lot thicker than the one on my ESP m-207, this thing feels alot closer to my SL2H than the ESP does.
These EMGs sound great and I am not an EMG fan at all.
the upper fret access is great on this guitar (one of my compalints with the M-207). I wish it had a floyd but I guess I could use one guitar that isn't floyded.
for a $600.00 Korean guitar I am pretty impressed.
I still am going to have lee build me a custom GMW 7 string but this will hold me over for now
If this is our perdition, will you walk with me?

        Cool axe and beautiful daughter.
My 2 1/2 year old was strumming my Greenie the other day while I fretted Smoke in the Water for her. She's hooked!! Already playing GC Saturday A.M. riffs.

        Congrats!!

I just put this thing thru a little 2 hour workout and so far I'm really liking it.
One question though. this is the first tunomatic bridge I've had on a guitar in years(I'm a floyd guy)
I want to adjust the action but the 2 thumb wheels on either post won't budge.
what's the secret? do I have to unstring the guitar to move them?
                kind of bumming me out.

well, if its a Tonepros, then there will be two allen screws locking the bridge to the posts. loosen those, and you're free to move the bridge however you want.

can't get my daughter into Lacuna Coil, Nightwish is more her thing.

I really dig those Schecters. I haven't tried one of their sevens yet, but I've been eyeballing a 6 at my local store.
