You have no idea how much it cost to have that custom graphic done!!

    It's a freakin' fortune!

Actually, it's a good thing I was dressed decent to take the pic

I don't know about better than the Floyd Rose but, I do think that particular Kahler is at least as good as a Floyd. I have one on my oldest guitar (91 Carvin).

I really only have cosmetic issues with the trem. Nothing else wrong with it.

You got Lee and Dan to turn around a refin in a little over a month? Congrats is all I can say - I thought it took 30 days for the paint to cure!!!!!!!!

Lee told me a couple of weeks for curing the paint. I hope they didn't rush my order...

they must have already finished that batch of maple fretboard veneers, so they had extra time to do your paint quicker :ROTF:

And don't forget my PC3 I picked up last week.

So yes it's been a busy summer. But consider I haven't bought a new amp in 10 years and a new guitar in forever, it's not so bad. It's just I'm finding all these deals at this time that I can't pass up. However, I think I'm done for quite a while. It was like this with my bass rig for a while until I finally got the sound I was looking for. But once that quest for tone was complete, I haven't even looked at bass gear since. So I think I am right at that point with the guitar rig as well.

But come on, I got a brand new PC1 for $1,650
                    The Vetta was $700
The PC3 looks brand new and it was $500.
I've wanted the graphic since '93 so I felt I was due.

So all the stars just lined up right for me.

I got it back today. I sent it to them August 14th, if I'm not mistaken. I just found a PO receipt and I'm pretty sure that was the body. So the turnaround was just a little over a month.

Thanks. I absolutely love it. I've been wanting this done since I saw Phil's original. But I always thought you had to order a custom Jackson to get it, and I just couldn't see spending $3000-$4000 to get one.

That came out really great. They do very nice paint work out there at GMW.
