Wow, that looks a LOT like an ESP Eclipse. Good deal, considering how much a similar LTD Eclipse costs.

They are made in Indonesia, which is the reason I passed it up.

Some of those are sweet-looking and dirt-cheap. How good are they? Better or worse than a Jay Turser? Good lord I have to stop buying guitars and actually learn how to play. LOL

I just got a Custom in Amber yesterday. Sent it back today. Guitar is a phenomenal player for the money, but it looks like they're seriously lacking in the QC department. Mine had rust on the frets, chips under the clearcoat around the headstock inlay, and some discoloration in the binding. Other people have said the ones they have received have been flawless. I'm getting mine exchanged. Hopefully i'll have better luck the second time. At $200 its worth taking the chance.

Mine will be here on Saturday. I also got the Custom Amber, hopefully mine will arrive in good shape. If not, music yo has great customer service, I will just send it back. I bought an acoustic from them about 3 years ago with an acoustic amplifier for only one dollar more. I sent back the acoustic and got a full refund minus the $1 for the amp. Sold the amplifier for $100.

Hmm I'm not too familiar with the quality of Kramers but they don't look half bad. I don't think I'd buy one of those, though.

Now wait just a dang minute here, FMIC/JCMI have this "agreement" with Gibson that they won't make roundhorn Vs and Explorers, but why is Kramer (owned by Gibson) allowed to make those obviously-Rhoads-inspired shapes?

If it's because the design is "significantly" different, Kevin Easton once stated that Jackson found an Explorer-style design that was also "significantly" different than Gibson's just before the takeover.

                            Just ordered the Electar.
Been looking for a wireless kit that wouldn't bust my budget.

The $156 Explorer was catching my eye, but that SG is looking pretty good for $129. Then I could stand in front of the mirror and be Tony Iommi. *grin*

How is it Fett doesn't have any comments on these? Too "high-end"? :P
