Did I mention I got am Mexican Strat to see what the hoopla was all about.

Well I love it. I can't put it down. I did post this in the Non-Jackson related but it quickly got buried. I would just like to hear your opinions.

I have 3 of them. 2 are very nice. They a 1996's. I have 2004 and it is no where near as well bulit as the "96's.

I think that's Sage Green. Looks almost like Teal Green Metallic like my Double Fat Strat, but a little lighter.

I had a midnight wine one but eventually sold it. I have 2 Mexi OFR strats now equipped with Carvin pups. The guitars themselves play wonderfully.

were I to buy one I'd get the HSS set up with 22 frets, but this one is very slick looking. the white p/guard works great with that green.

I have an Agave Blue MIM Fat Strat that I absolutely love. The Sage green is pretty sweet too!

So what are MIM strats going for these days? I've considered getting one, but haven't been serious enough to do the research. A buddy of mine had one he bought used from a local shop (I think he paid like $250-$275, but that is going off of very bad memory, and this thing was pretty beat up, etc.). The thing definitely had some issues, but the one time I did try it, it seemed like it played pretty good.

The exact same Green one I have just went for $292.00 on Ebay a day or so ago.

I have an 06 electron blue, and I think it's one of the best built Strats I've ever played.
I sold a 99 American Standard after getting this one, it's so good.
