PRS's are awesome guitars. I had the "low end" CE24, and the notes rang off that thing like a piano... everything about that guitar was flawless. I only got rid of it because I wasn't playing it out, only at home, so it didn't see enough action. Also, I wasn't a big fan of the rotary switch.

And yes, those trems work extremely well. I found that as long as you didn't dive bomb the bar down to the body it worked great. Leave it floating so if the strings do hang up, all it takes is a quick tug up on the bar to bring it back. When I did encounter tuning issues, it was due to the strings sticking at the bridge. I used to take needle nose pliers and bend any excess string that was down by the ball end back around the string, then wipe the string with a bit of 3 and 1 oil down there. It helped quite a bit. To alleviate that, I would give Fender Bullets a try. I use them with my FMT Strat and they really do make a difference.

Nice guitars for sure guys, and congrats on your new one.

Imagine how much these would rule if they had Floyds then. Seriously, I would dig a PRS with a Floyd on it.

Its going on 5 days now since I got this incredible guitar. I took it out of the case a few days ago and I played it for almost 5 minutes!!! Then.. back into the case it went. It told me that its case is really comfortable.

          haha....

Part of my problem with the 25" scale is...

Lets say we are playing a solo in the upper register..... on the low e string I hit a g then a g# then an a#. Simple three notes, but my stubby middle finger never hits the g# clean. Then you watch Johnny Hilland RIP IT UP on his PRS and his fingers look chubby. Shawn Lane was huge and he used 24.75" scales and DESTROYED on them. Not sure if he had little fingers or if he knows something I dont :p

Yeah thats right. He can't control the movement of his eyes or eye lids, something like that. He can see if he tries hard to control it but i imagine it's very difficult

Sleep. The sound doesn't collapse to riffs of early eyes either.

                        BTW, killer PRS, John!

Well, there goes another week and the PRS hasn't even been out of the case.
I have a feeling I won't have this guitar very long. Its too nice.

Same thing happened with my CU22. It was awesome but I couldn't play it for fear of damaging it... I miss it, but it was just gathering dust, so I sold it.
