I played one of these today at a Sam Ash store and this is one of the best guitarists I've ever played. I think it's even better than a Les Paul. If anyone is looking for a new guitar try the ESP Eclipse out.
I got lucky and the very friendly owner of a Leymonye, PA guitar dealer let me plug in an Eclipse II last week. Way more than I can afford, but it was the greatest thing I've ever played. Had killer looks too.
