  • How Ibanez never rip-offs designs :D

    no way ...

could it be a kelly star ?

it's a guitar for the guy from german tech/oversweetened "deathmetal" Necrophagist

actually, it looks like he designed it to mimic his B.C. Rich stealth more than anything else. makes sense really, if something were to happen to his guitars on the road, better this ibanez than a usa made rich as cool as his stealth.

Hey he's Muhammed Suicmez! A Turkish dude living in Germany, he's a great player. But I don't like most of his solos

                mix of both imho

anyway i'd say he didn't switch the bodies becaues this particular guitar is neck through body

You've got it wrong. While he recently did have a new BCR Stealth, he sold it quickly (from all accounts it wasn't up to much). He's back to his Vigier Mariyln, which is obviously a Stealth-inspired design. Different company again, though.

Dunno if it's a real ibanez custom shop but a guy from the jem forum said:

It is real. my friend (the guy making my custom) is a total Necrophagist fan and met up with the band in Newport (Wales) and spoke with them for over an hour, and Muhammed has that Custom, and is thinking about some deal with Ibanez. I think it's their way of demonstrating what they could do for him as an endorsee.

He hasn't signed anything yet, but he probably will

I always wondered why he went from the Vigier Marylin to the Stealth at all, as the Marylin seems to be quite an amazing guitar. Ok, Chuck Schuldiner probably...
I think I even read something in an interview on how he had problems to adjust to the Stealth at first.

                          twist...aren`t they?

IMO the stealth looks nothng like the marilyn
and and doesnt even compare in playability.

Wow, how many songs have you listened to by necrophagist?

                              And which ones...

He has made some of the most amazing solos ive ever heard.

Listen to "fermented offal discharge", "seven", "diminished to b", "the stillborn one", Etc.

                              All have delicious solos.

The melodies and rhythms can get pretty complex so if you dont listen to much tech death then listen to em a few times.
