Would this trade be worth it?

I have a chinese Dean From Hell with a tremel-no installed. I am trying to sell it so that I can buy a bass I sold on ebay about 6 months ago back from the person who bought it.

Today I was offered an LTD DV8 with an EMG 81/85 combo. In the honorable opinion of the JCF at large, does this seem like a good trade to you? It seems to me that the DV8 would be easier to unload, although I wonder if i would really make mush more money selling it rather than the Dean.

The DV8 is a much better guitar I would think it would sell quicker.

Go for the ESP if its made in Korea or Japan

I'd get the DV8. I think it will probably be a Korean guitar but they are fine axes all the same. My brother has one of them and after playing it alot I think I could play one if I had to.
