HM strats had a wider nut and 24 frets too I believe.
Wasn't vintage radius on older 50's strats 7 or 7.5 with the V back profile? They went to a C in the early 60's.

I'm really diggin' the 62RI's myself. A lot of guys don't like the 7.25 radius, but I don't have a problem with it. In fact, every time I pick one up, I want to take it home.

        Love it!!!

I'm not enough of a post-whore to post pics yet. I think it will take about 3 more years because if I don't have something to really add to a post I don't say "lol" or "OMFG" or some such nonsense. I'm not sure why thoughtful members get censored on jcf but this is 2007. Big Guitar is watching.

the 80's Japan strats and teles are a good deal if you don't want to drop a lot of coin on a USA.

John 5 has a new disk coming out soon, and I heard it is more Rob Zombie"isk" sounding than his last solo CD. Makes since because he just did a tour with RZ.
His playing will open your eyes/ears on what a tele can do. Then again, i don't think it really matters what axe he is playing, it will sound good.
...that taste like tart, lemon yogart

thanks VG but everyone has seen a cream strat so there is no need to post pics. Too much hassle... I'd rather be playing it.
