I hate that Dean HS too, but somehow this one does not look so big and stupid. maybe the design on it tricks the eye somewhat.

I like it and the way Michael seemed to have cleaned up a bit also.

I like how the flames start white on the top at the neck and go to black flames in the same design further down the wing. done in reverse on the bottom.

took a few times looking at it before I saw that very cool design detail.

I have to admit the old USA Deans rock big time and so do the newer import(mahogony) V's ML's.The import MS is made in China as are the Dimes.

Looks damn good. I don't HATE the headstocks, I just wish they would scale them down a little.

I am not buying one myself or anything, but i think that headstock looks pretty good on the V:s, more so than on the ML shape imo.
