Thanks Chris. No I haven't talked to him yet, I thought I would try to get some feedback on the guitar first to see if it was even worth looking into any further.
If you're trading gear with him, it may be worthwhile, because he gives very good trade values. But since his prices are also quite high, it all kinda comes out in the wash...
I got mine through a dealer as well. The headstock was about 4 pieces of wood glued together in an abnormal way. Its like they were using up scrap wood to make the neck............
thats sounds more like a ed roman conversion. ALL usa bcrich neck HAD no scarf joints only the headstock sides where added, common practice. IMPORTS & headstock conversions done by zed were pieced together.
