My Guitars

This is my first post.

Anyway, I own a Fender Stratocaster (Mexican 2006, HSS), Squire Strat and A Samick P Bass. I have a Epiphone Les Paul on the way, My next guitar will be a Kramer (either a Kramer Baretta or a 1984), then possibly a 2nd hand jackson/charvel maybe (If I find one that I like).



Effects: Old Boss SD-1, Boss DS-1, Dunlop Cry Baby Wah. All played through a 20w practice amp.

Edit: I Probably should add pictures of my Squire & Bass too.

Ok Got My LP the other day.

First Impressions: Wow! This guitar fucking sings! The stock pickups scream when used with the DS-1, This is actually the sound I've been looking for. I was planning on switching the pickups to SD's as for some reason, I thought the Epi Stock Pickups would be shit. I will definately be keeping these in the guitar. The stock pickups in the Epi are shitloads better than the ones in my Mex Strat.

The colour is a flametop black

Not bad for $450 2nd Hand :thumbsup Guitar also doesn't have a serial number, So I can't tell what year it was made unfortunately.

Just sold the Epi Lp as it was gathering dust from not being played, and that I prefer strat-shaped bodies (easier fret access )

yes, I don't own any Jackson or Charvels, but I joined the forum because I like talking about guitars. I'll probably end up getting either a charvel or jackson in the near future anyway...as well as a Kramer...

he's not alone in not owning a Jackson or Charvel. Quite a number of folks here have confessed to not currently (or not ever) owning either. This is still just about the coolest place on the net to talk about anything guitar-related though
