I Got my self a Brand NEW Fender tremolo for my strat I'm building
and it came in the mail the other day I was so happy because it was the last
part I was needing. I was looking at it and it looked so nice but I got to looking at the arm and the threads were BENT really bad
and the sadles had string were marks and the back had marks were the
springs go. So as you have guessed it's NOT new and I payed a lot for a
not new trem. So as you have guessed I'm really mad over this hole thing.
Has any one had any thing like this happen too them?

Sounds like the part was misrepresented. eBay has avenues for you to follow on getting a refund.

Yeah they just said to send it back and they will pay for shipping
and they will give back all of my money I spent $ 110.00 on it so I'm
happy I'm getting a refund.

I've bought things that were advertised as new but when I received them it was clearly not the case. I've either threatened to charge back my CC unless they refunded a portion of the $ to an appropriate used price or just go my money back completely. Some of these people think they can get away with that BS.
