  • recommends for a good cheap baritone?!?

    something that holds tune well, and allows me to record some nice metal. I dont want anything fancy, just a power chord machine tha tI can tune low and hammer on!

            if you just want to tune low and chug out power chords, I'd go for the baritone over a 7 string - more clarity, better intonation for those low notes

              Hey Yabba, are lower notes tougher to intonate?!

              I noticed that when I downtun my 6 string, and try intonating it becomes a much tougher chore....

                That because the scale isn't long enough to properly tune it to those notes.
