Used Ibanez price?

There's a used Ibanez at the GC, not sure if it's a good price they have on it or not.
It an Ibanez RG 2something or other..can't remember the model, sorry.
It's H-S-H, no pickguard, sharkteeth inlays. The floyd was laid way back on it, so I couldn't play it (strings laying on fretboard), but it seems in good shape.
They have $299 on it. Is that a good price?

I would stay away from the RG's in the 2XX range, go for 3XX or better yet, 5XX.
The RG270 has H-S-H, no pickguard, so I'm pretty sure that's what they have at GC. One version has maple fingerboard another rosewood/dots, another RG270DX has rosewood with sharktooth inlays, which costs a little more:

I bought a maple board one from musicgoround for $125 as I wanted the neck.

If you like the guitar, I'd go in and offer them no more than $175-$200 out the door.

FYI, if you were tempted and ready to pay $300 for the RG270, GC has a limited run (250 made) S620EX1 that I got for $600 out the door. Blows the RG270 away several times over for just $300 more than their asking price. Don't know if they have one at that GC though.
