Kenny, yours are sweet too. I'm confused about the whole reissue thing though. Can someone explain the difference between these two:

I don't see what the difference is, other than $300. They're both CS, 1958s, and VOS. ??
It looks like their ad is wrong. The more expensive one should be gloss finish. There's a $300.00 dollar up-charge for gloss.

Here's the only Les Paul I own. '04 Studio faded/worn cherry Vintage Mahogany Musician's Friend model. I took the BB Pro pups out in favor of EMGs... 85 bridge with chrome 25th anniversary 81 in the neck, put a TP-6 tailpiece on it. Plays and sounds great to me.

Sorry to hear you have to play those ... You'd better send 'em over to me, I'll see that they're properly disposed of.

Me too! Here's my most recent LPC. Built in 2006. The Triburst-Pretty much flawless, except for a little orange peel in the clear coat on the side of the headstock near the "D" tuner.

Shawn! Clean the ants off that Goldtop it looks like crap! Oh wait....

Sorry I just never understood that whole relic business. Some people dig it I guess and if that floats you then awesome but I think it looks shoddy.
That super quilty one is sick and I love Stuka's V.

                          No Explorer's?

Anyways I think the most important thing I have to say is this. THIS THREAD NEEDS MORE WARMOTH! (I'm actually only half joking, shoulda seen the Flame Koa on Koa one I had once upon a time, I swear it was chambered it was so resonant. But, it was either get rid of a guitar or replace my dying car..)
