So do I but apparently we are in the minority on that one.

That is just amazing. That has to be the coolest guitar I've ever seen! What do you call that finish? Rootbeer, Dark Amber? That is awesome excellent work specing that one out. Lee did a great job. Hmm, I think I'm a GMW guy now!

thanks, it's called the empire burst, he had one of his Empire guitars
on his website with it and I liked it.
The cocobolo fret board was my idea, I saw a guitar made out of solid cocobolo and I thought it was one of the most beautiful guitars I had ever seen, but a solid cocobolo guitra would've cost me a fortune so worked this one up instead.
this one is rootbeer (burnt umber actually) my Carvin 7
        damn I'm all "quilted out"

That one is killer as well. Looks like Carvin used a thicker piece of quilt maple than what you normally see on other manufacturers guitars. A very nice feature! Much different in what you find typically available on most other guitars. Usually just a 1/8" veneer. You have two super looking guitars. Congrats!

                That's awesome!

You should open up a bed-linen shop, because you're the king of quilts!

That guitar is amazing, bro. Like, just wow. Smoking.

BTW, I prefer the traditional headstock, too.

That really is stunning-looking! I'd say that you did indeed get something a little different in a very good way. Enjoy!

Looks awesome, love that board. I think the headstocks look good in person, they don't seem to photograph that well. Glad you are finally getting it.
Come and get one in the yarbles, if you have any yarbles, you yunick jelly thou!
