I think the average going rate for Diablos is $400ish... not sure what being new would do to the value. That would a killer guitar though, I love the Hamer I rebuilt recently.

Most came with rosewood fingerboards, but I have one with maple. Nice guitar, neck shape/radius is similar to Jackson/Charvels. I was going to say $400-$550. Here's a completed ebay auction for $550:

Used Hamer prices are going up really fast, too fast for me. I use to buy them dirt cheap like a Diablo, basically unplayed for $275 with the Hamer case!! The latter ones had regular headstocks and the early ones had reversed. I have owned 2 reverse and 1 regular. The necks are medium with a slight V profile. I wish I would have kept the regular headstock one
I never payed over $300 for one with the Hamer case and they were all minty. Jack.

Well, they're asking $450ish for it, but no case. It does have a great neck, but it's not really my style, so I think I'm gonna pass.Comment
