I don't think Sanctuary was nit picking mate,He does know his B.C.Rich stuff

What he said is exactly what Neal Moser, designer of the circuit, has described the electronics as

Sanctuary usually does not start "S***fests",I believe he was just trying to help you out, things are hard to express in cyberland

Also-come and join the BC Rich players forum-it has the largest collection of B.C.Rich catalogues available ANYWHERE on the net-I should know,I posted most of 'em -link in my sig

    Still beautiful guitars

Yep, just trying to help. And like Lorne says, you should join the BCR Players forum. Plenty of knowledgeable BCR enthusiasts over there. Anyway, nice guitars and thanks for sharing.
The only solution to GAS is DEATH...

Hopefully that's a nice way of saying, "Thanks for stopping buy, and turning into a douchenozzle shortly thereafter. Now go somewhere else...".

H8Red442, calm down a bit. Sanctuary was in NO WAY attacking you, so you have no need to get so damn defensive about it. This board usually doesn't work like that. As a matter of fact, I just learned ALOT about what all those knobs do, and I'm a BCR guy (well, Lorne would say otherwise since all I'm into are "just ST-III's and Gunslingers - hardly collectable"), but I've always wondered. Thanks Sanctuary - you cleared up questions I've had for YEARS!!

Geez - go have a cup of coffee and a smoke or something... You're kind of outta line.

I was asked what the switches and knobs did and I gave a description of them. Besides calling the preamp a booster he only restated what I had already said. He added nothing to my statement except to say that it's not truly active unless your turn the power on. Well no shit. You're arguing symantics.

I will say that after rereading what I said about the Bich I said that it had separate phase switch when I should have said preamp on/off. I must have been tired of explaining these things.

Here's a graphical representation of the basic (non-Bich) full circuit:

The PICTURE above makes it a hell of a lot more understandable...
