Very pretty guitar! I'm not really a Tele guy, though I do own a JB Player Tele copy. It has the Fender Tele headstock shape but it has top body binding and HSS config with a coil tap for the bridge humbuckers. But for $125 it scratches my minimal Tele itch pretty well. It is very ugly compared to yours though, Fett!

the guitar is a looker Fett. That color sells big in cars, so you should have no problem with a nice resale if you choose to opt for one.

you know I've been looking for a cheap tele myself the past few weeks.

I keep going back and forth on getting one of the cheap chinese knock-offs or scouring for a noce used American fender.

I'll most likely go cheap..like they say:
once you go cheap you never go back.

A "cheap' guitar is not necessarly (sp) a bad guitar. Teles seem to command a higher price. The only thing that I can attribute that to is all those county western doobs you see on TV.
