I was curious if anyone know of some decent flying V's out there.

I don't want anything that is top route like the Gibson / Epi flying V's. I don't want bolt on, and if I can skip it, I'd like not to have a neck pickup, but that one isn't a deal breaker.

I know Ibeenhadz has a decent looking flying V copy coming out, but I'd like to see some more options before I decide. Anyone got some links I can check out? I'm not really looking for custom pieces as most of my money is tied up right now.

    thanks
It sounds like you have similar tastes to me dude. I love Vs, but I don't like bolt-ons, and I hate pick guards. My ideal V, is a one hum, neck through, with a fixed bridge.
    Sleep!!, That's where I'm a viking!!

"The V" made by Gibson (mentioned in a thread recently in the Afraid of Ebay section) only has a teensy weensy pickguard, there for cosmetics, I think (never taken mine off to have a look!)
      Plays great!
So I woke up,rolled over and who was lying next to me? Only Bonnie Langford!

      I nearly broke her back

I've always hated the Dean headstock. It's the only thing keeping me from getting a SFYV. I'll probably get a V-Coustic, though.
please don't put it into words, 'cause I fear what you're thinking

Yup, that's pretty much what I want. At the very least set neck. I may end up doing a Warmoth for this one but I'd really rather not have to build and paint it myself. will see how things go after my birthday
In the future though I need to remember to not buy guitars while on Nyquil

                Well, Warmoth's bolt-on only.
                I wish my hair-color was EDS :/
