I use
Jackson Soloist -Sl3/Sl2H I carry both and use whichever I feel like playing with the other as a backup.
I'm going straight into a Laney GH50L and Laney 4X12. Planet Waves cables.
I'm going to start using a POD and some pedals I've got lying around to see what I can do with them.

My live setup right now:
One of these guitars (I take em all to gigs because we play in several different tunings)
'06 Eric Johnson Sig strat
'96 PRS Cu22 semi hollow Quilt 10 top
'99 Ibanez Jem 77FP
Warmoth parts strat
'04 Peavey Wolfgang special FM (green!)
into: Sennheiser EW100 series wireless
Crybaby Classic Fasel Wah
'brown sound in a box' pedal
TS9 modded by me with a mutation of a Landgraff overdrive
TC Electronics G-Major, controlled by Rocktron Midimate
Randall RM100 head (Ultra, Recto, Brown modules)
Marshall JCM800 slant cab loaded with 75 watt celestions
Sm57 and Sennheiser 609 silver, miked on seperate cones and mixed to mono at board. SM57 gets high end and presence, 609 gets lows and punch. I like blending them better than EQing one mic at the board.
I have several more MTS modules for the randall coming in, and an RM4 rackmount head (4 channels of MTS goodness) and the matching Randall RT50 power amp that allows you to switch channels on the power amp. Only other thing I might do is start taking an open back 2x12 and run my cleans and some overdrives into it and some into the marshall.
Pete
Pete, I got carried away and listed my studio stuff too, but yes, I use all four 4-12" cabinets on stage- at every gig.Strat God Music

-Jackson KV-2 black with white bevels, EMG 81's(currently... soon to be replaced by a Rico Jr. Vixen
-Monster ROCK cables all around
-SKB PS-45 Pedalboard with the following effects:
Through the "front" of the amp:
BOSS Tuner pedal
Morley Bad Horsie Mk1
MXR Flanger
MXR Phase 100
BOSS BD-2 Blues Driver (as a boost for solos)
ISP Decimator
Through the amp's loop:
BOSS DD-3
BOSS GE-7 (both pedals, delay and EQ joined by a wooden bar so I can press them together for solos)
ISP Decimator
-Carvin V3 head (HELL YEAH!!) with Carvin 4x12 cab (V30 loaded). I use the amp's distortion, no pedals for that. I use clean, crunch and distortion. All controlled by the footswitch.
