So thats the rig you will be ripping it up at The Cobalt with this weekend?

So shitty that we had to pull out on that one. It should be a great show...Drummer just couldn't do it. He has quit all together now.

Pete, I got carried away and listed my studio stuff too, but yes, I use all four 4-12" cabinets on stage- at every gig.
Dude, where do you guys play? Some bars around here barely have room for the drum set onstage, let alone two full stacks! I want your gigs!

I don´t have any pics, but my stage set-up looks like this nowadays:

              Soloist SL1 (stock)

... and one or two of the following:
Soloist (1988, added OFR and Screamin´Demon)
Collen Archtop PCS (added Suhr SSH)
Collen Archtop Pro (added DiMarzio MegaDrive)

              ... into:
Visual Sound Route 66 (for compression and solo boost)
              Rivera Knucklehead 55 non-reverb
              Rocktron Replifex (or TC G-Major)
              Framus FR212CB (with Vintage 30´s)

... and for big/important gigs a Rivera TBR1 tags along as backup amp.

It´s pretty simple, I´ve had bigger and more complex rigs before, but I don´t think I´ve ever sounded as good as I do now.

Pete, he is a local guy near me. I can tell you with 100% experience.. that he must be playing the extremely large venues like Toads Place or The Webster Theatre which are places that hold thousands of people.
Most of the clubs around here do not have room for a guitarist to bring 2 full stacks.
Looks really cool in the pic though.

                  Guitars:

                  Ibanez RG470 Fixed bridge (2)
                  Ibanez RG 565

                  Guitar to:

                  Dunlop Crybaby wah
                  Digitech RP80
ISP Technologies Waller DFX 65 combo amp (with built in ISP Decimator NR)

I use a footswitch to switch between clean and gain channels and between regular and gain boost (clean's bright switch is always on). I use the speaker out to plug into a direct box and on to the board.

Soon will be switching to a POD 2.0, Crate Power Block with 212 cab.

                    Guitars:

                    Charvel 375 Deluxe
Kramer Focus (not sure of exact model, but looks pretty much like a Pacer)
                    Fender Hm Strat

                    Amp:

                    Marshall Jcm 800 2210
Usually just borrow a cab, but mine is a Marshall jcm900 1960 with 80 watt celestions
                    Boss overdrive pedal

Or if the place don't have a cab and i'm to lazy to bring my own, i just borrow a Pod to use or whatever.

See, now there's a drum riser and stage area that I would consider 'cramped' but I have played places where this is about what you have to work with before. "hmmm, do we bring in 4 pars and maybe a tree? How about just one side of the PA?"

Here's a local place where Pencilsketch and his wife saw us play a few weeks ago.
He can chime in here, but I'd say we had about 600 people in the room at one time.....John, we're back in this place on the Sat/26th.
Let me know if you would like to chech it out- I'll put you on the guest list...
