If you could keep only one guitar that you have owned..
My late 80's BC Rich USA ST. I got it back in 1991. It was my first and i still have it although it's seen better days. Still plays good just has a little rash here and there. It's well travelled.
I had to sell my D'Angelico New Yorker a while back, but I certainly would have loved to keep it forever. It was a beautiful guitar, and played and sounded like heaven.
Gold is just one of the coolest colors ever for a guitar!
Yes it is. No you can't. :ROTF:

I honestly NEVER expected this guitar to become so important to me, but it has!
To "ME", it's without a doubt the best guitar I've ever owned, or even played. It's grown on me in a way that's indescribable. This guitar is so simple that it works! The Wraptail Bridge and P90's are a match made in heaven.
In "MY" hands, it feels like home! The more I play it, the more I truly love it.
Hey, there's nothing special or fancy about it, and to somebody else, it may be firewood, but I wouldn't trade it for J P's #1.
This one and not just because its a Jackson. Best neck profile I have ever felt and the notes swell when you vibrato them. Very organic sounding with tons of sustain. Anyone I let play this - even vintage guys are impressed with it.

I have owned many many guitars over the years but this one is just "special". It was a one off Shop prototype Washburn done while Grover Jackson was running the USA shop in Chigago with the guys he brought over from Jackson and some he snagged from Hamer. The SN on the neck dates it as a 1994 but there is nothing on this one that is "production" other than the SN!!
It's got mojo out tha wazzo and is simply the most stunning guitar that I have ever seen under stage lights!!
and with my "production" Grover Jackson era MG 120
