Been real busy putting together the Dano' book I'm writing but I found some time to buy this rig, my 47th B-Day present to myself.

      Ewww.... Zorton :ROTF:

I like the rosewood as well, matches well with the finish but that Diezel is what caught my attention in fact.

How do you like it and what's that? Is that any metal by any chance?

That is the perfect Les Paul, in my opinion. Great score and congrats!

                        Sweeet!
Just watch out for tuner issues - I was plagued with them on mine.

                            Congrats, that is beautiful!

In regards to what stratgod said, why is it so many Gibsons have tuning issues with the 3rd string? I had a LP Classic that, even after a setup, the g string would go out of tune with any bending. I've noticed the same thing on many Gibbys I've tried in stores - LPs (many different models), ESs, Vs, and a Lucille. What gives??

Very nice! That LP is perfect!

As for the G-string tuning issue, most people don't take the time to stretch it properly as it will strech more than any of the others. Make sure it has multiple windings around the post and keep the nut lubricated as well. Do these things and it will not go out of tune.
