well this is my new parts mutt i purchased, what kind of wood do guys think this is? I am going for alder. Someone did a little extra rout as you can see. Real floyd, lindy singles, not sure what the hum is, nice birdseye maple.

Please see pictures here, it was in one peice before i took it apart to check everything out.

Looks like Alder but it can be dificult to tell with such a small area of bare wood plus pics can distort the actual color.

It is a really nice guitar, and i got it for under $450, not bad for a birdseye with real floyd. I love white, cream is my second choice, so this one will have to do.
