Fender MIM HH Strat....color question.

I noticed Fender has a double bucker MIM Standard Strat. The only color I have seen is the burgandy with a black pickguard. They offer a white one. I was wondering if it has a black pickguard, pickups, knobs, etc. as well. I like that combo. Kinda reminds me of Jake E. Lee's Charvels.

hmmmm fender don't normally do white with black pickguards and that...would be nice if hey did....the metallic red / burgundy oes (i think the official colour is mdnight wine) are cool tho

It has a black pickguard for sure. The satin Strat series all have black pickguards too.

burgundy HH strat with a black pickguard reminds me of Davey Murray. wasn't his Jackson strat that exact config? w/ maple maple neck.

Sure is. Adrian Smith had a white Jackson Strat w/black pickguard and the mother load of coil tab and phase switches. Nice guitars for sure.

A Jackson Strat w/black pickguard just like Adrians is my dream guitar... it will probably be my next project

I read about Adrians white Strat. It was like a BC Rich got it's freak on with a USA Strat and had a baby. There are more mini toggles on there than you can count and I think the pickups are active. I would still love to have one though.

He had 2 of them, the one that you talk about with all the knobs and switches and the one that has a black pickguard and just 1 vol and 1 tone knobs. And thats the one that I want.
