if you buy a musikraft neck you can put it on any guitar you'd like

its sorta like having freshly polished frets ALL the time, smooth bending . I wish I would have tried them earlier, if I would have I'd have mroe necks with them...I'm at about a dozen Musikraft necks but only ordered them on my last order

There's almost zero chance of me getting a bolt-on. Sure I could just get used to having a big neck heel in my way but I'd rather not have one in the first place.

I'm just wondering if I could get a soloist or something and have it refretted for any reasonable price

You should be able to find someone in you area that will refret with SS.

Thetroy, I share your sentiments. Ive been looking for a good 24 fret neckthru with SS frets.

I cant play parkers, the painted neck is thin and you cant take off any layers for the satin feel.

I dont want a bulky 24 fret warmoth neck with poor upper fret access.

IT sucks. I swear i'll cry if Carvin ever makes me the DC127 with SS frets and a 25.5 inch scale!!!

There's a guy on eBay who refrets fingerboard with any frets you want including stainless steel frets. I am strongly considering sending my Dk2's neck to him for stainless steel frets.

Yeah, Carvin guitars are 25" scale unless you go with their "Bolt" guitar.

I make a body perfect for the Warmoth 24 fret extension. It has great access to the upper frets. The fretboard ends at the neck pickup rout on this one. You can also see the contoured heel to make upper fret access more comfortable.

Hmm that body looks cool - might have to look at those Warmoth necks now

Man, that is sweet!! If that had the 24.75 scale I would buy something like that in a heartbeat Jack.

i played the parker pm-10 which i think is their korean, budget model. AN absolute steal for the money. Soundwise, i thought it blew away my ibanez 550 with dimarzios..

If you can't find anyone locally, I'm pretty sure Scott at VWall will do it for you.

Thanks bro, indeed I can but Stainless fret work costs more as it burns out tools FAST- esp diamond cut files.
let me know if you need me to take care of it.
