Hey Yoda, what'd you do to that poor neck? It looks like you might've taken some chunks out of the 12th and 15th frets when yanking the wire?

When I took the frets off my strat I used a small screwdriver and a hammer - just used the screwdriver as a chisel effectively. Some people suggest heating them up with a soldering iron first but I am way too impatient for that. It took me all of 15 minutes to knock the frets out

Vai has a dbl-neck JEM and the upper is a fretless - 6 string. No chords though.
