Changing My Mind on a Suhr

I was in a store recently that had 4 Suhrs hanging on the wall (along with James Trussarts, Hamers, and all kinds of nice toys).

First off I did not plug them into an amp. Maybe next week I will go back but I gotta say I did not think they were anything special in terms of feel, finish or detail.

Seriously my PC1 feels more solid and more comfortable to me.

I have been waiting for them to come out this year with a 24 fret model but I think I may go Moser Custom Shop instead.

Maybe I will bring in my PC1 next week and A/B them into an amp.

I played some Shur's at NAMM 2 years ago and while well built the look and the feel didn't do anything for me.

Give the Suhrs a chance and check them out a bit more. There are many great USA guitars these days, but I put the Suhrs on par with Anderson, Jackson, etc. I think in the end it comes down to personal preference and what feels best to you.
