It should be Monaco Yellow, part of the new Custom Colors/International Colors line that CBS put out in '81. I believe that was the first year they were made (maybe the only year?).

depends on how much you got it for IMO. I think it's kind of cool actually and for a 26 year old guitar it looks mint. How many of those in that condition will you come across. If you decide to get rid of it PM me I would consider itComment

If you enjoy playing it and it feels good, I'd keep it in the family. It's only going to appreciate like all the Fender's do. If it's body heavy and sucky to play I'd dump it.Tone is like Art: Your opinion is valid. Listen, learn, have fun, draw your own conclusions.Comment
