I just my Hellraiser in the post the other day. I really like the neck on this thing - its not half as fat as people were making it out to be. Also the 7th string hasn't messed my mind up when playing and the tension on the string is good too - not at all loose. It sounds good too.
Anybody else got one of these?

ive got the Hellraiser FR, and i agree...the neck is round and has some meat to it, but its not huge IMO. very comfortable to play. of course, the 7 string version is probably going to have a thicker neck, but some people say the 6 string version is huge. compared to an Ibanez, maybe, but ive played a few guitars that have baseball bat necks LOL

i think my Hellraiser is the best sounding guitar i have too. i dont know if i got a good one, because i hear that some people have very heavy Schecters, while mine is really, really light and just sounds really open, deep, and clear, no matter the gain setting. compared to my other guitars with EMGs, it kills them.

awesome guitars i think. and great deals, especially if you go to a store and talk them down (i got 100 off because of a few finish flaws). OFR, EMGs, set neck, nice top...for 700 bucks. i couldnt pass it up LOL

I used to own a Hellraiser 7 last year (before I bought my Carvin)
Great guitars , I'm actually looking at getting a Blackjack 7. I played one last week
and was amazed at how well it played. (not an EMG fan)
I don't think the necks on these are that big at all.
Ibanez pussies with thier girly little hands........Stop Whining :ROTF:
If this is our perdition, will you walk with me?

Ibanez necks make my hands cramp. about the thinnest i can go are my Jackson necks (the RR3 feels huge compared to an Ibby!) or my PRS (wide thin).

          Love my C7. I know it's a little older than most C7's (it's a 99), but it's still cool.
